One Hengqin-Macao Bay Sales Center

One Hengqin-Macao Bay Sales Center is an exemplary architectural interior design project located on the 43rd floor of the Huafa Hengqin International Finance Building, standing at an impressive height of 339 meters in Zhuhai-Macao. This sophisticated 1,000-square-meter space, designed by Ocean Luo and completed in November 2021, represents a pioneering approach to contemporary urban living through its innovative fusion of natural elements and modern design principles. The design concept draws inspiration from the post-epidemic era's emphasis on harmonious coexistence between human settlements and nature, incorporating the metaphorical elements of clouds and tidal movements into its spatial narrative. The interior showcases a meticulous attention to material selection, featuring high-purity marble parquets and complex metallic linear wall treatments that create a luxurious yet distinctly modern atmosphere. The space is thoughtfully organized to facilitate three distinct states of human interaction: communication, rest, and work, while maintaining a sophisticated balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal. The design's exceptional merit was recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial design and its contribution to advancing industry standards. The project's strategic use of natural light, combined with its elevated position, creates an immersive environment that seamlessly integrates the surrounding seascape and skyline, offering visitors a unique perspective of urban living enhanced by careful attention to visual aesthetics and spatial harmony.
