One Floreasca Vista Residential Development

One Floreasca Vista Residential Development

One Floreasca Vista Residential Development is an innovative residential architectural project situated along Lake Floreasca that exemplifies urban regeneration through thoughtful design and spatial planning. Completed in 2023, this sophisticated development encompasses 13,676 square meters of built space across a 3,440-square-meter site, featuring uniquely designed duplex apartments that harmoniously adapt to the natural gradient of the terrain. The architectural composition is distinguished by its response to three crucial orientations: the street frontage, lakeside views, and underground metro infrastructure, resulting in a dynamic yet cohesive spatial arrangement. The development's distinctive features include a semi-private triangular courtyard that serves as a connecting hub, integrating pedestrian pathways with the surrounding urban fabric and creating a fluid transition between open and enclosed spaces. The exterior design showcases a boutique aesthetic with meticulous attention to detail, incorporating carefully selected textures and materials that complement the lakeside environment. The project successfully overcomes multiple integration challenges, including existing urban density constraints, the complexity of merging two separate plots, significant topographical variations of 4-5 meters, and building restrictions imposed by underground infrastructure. The development, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, demonstrates exceptional achievement in sustainable urban development through its innovative approach to spatial organization, environmental integration, and resident comfort, featuring high-quality apartments with panoramic lake views and private leisure areas for top-floor duplexes.
