OMG Office is an innovative workplace design project located on the 35th floor of Gubei Soho, exemplifying a forward-thinking approach to contemporary office architecture and interior design. The space is conceptualized around the harmonious integration of individual thinking and collective cooperation, featuring a distinctive floating design language that manifests through elevated conference rooms and telephone booths that appear to rise from the floor through ingenious stair and hidden light strip implementations. The monochromatic color scheme serves to emphasize primary circulation paths while creating a sophisticated aesthetic environment. The layout is strategically divided into two primary zones: a public area functioning as a living space for client reception and employee interaction, and a dedicated working area that provides independent design spaces and supporting functional zones. The project's innovative features include refractive material applications, advanced lighting design incorporating breath lamps and color-changing systems, and technically challenging elements such as hot-bending glass and smooth curved surfaces that create a futuristic space capsule aesthetic. The design demonstrates exceptional attention to spatial efficiency and workplace dynamics, incorporating high-tech elements and mobile features that promote creativity and productivity. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project, completed between September and December 2020, represents a significant achievement in interior space design, particularly noted for its successful integration of functionality and aesthetic innovation.
