Old Peak Road Residential Interior Design

Old Peak Road Residential Interior Design

Old Peak Road Residential Interior Design is an exemplary residential interior design project completed in Hong Kong that masterfully combines modern French aesthetics with smart home functionality, earning recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. This sophisticated dwelling, conceived during the pandemic era, represents a thoughtful response to evolving residential needs, incorporating dual functionality for both entertainment and daily living. The design's distinctive features include a harmonious blend of warm hues and clean lines, drawing inspiration from Parisian architecture, notably evident in the dining area's aluminum elements that echo the iconic silhouette of the Eiffel Tower. The comprehensive layout encompasses a spacious living and dining room, master bedroom with walk-in closet, study, and guest room, all designed with meticulous attention to circulation spaces for both human and pet inhabitants. The interior's luxurious character is achieved through carefully selected materials including posh marble surfaces, artistic wall treatments, and statement lighting fixtures from renowned designers, while maintaining a chic minimalist aesthetic. Notable technological integrations include a smart home system and radiant floor heating, complemented by pet-friendly ceramic tiling that offers both practicality and comfort. The project, executed between March 2021 and January 2022, demonstrates exceptional expertise in space optimization, material selection, and functional design solutions, setting a benchmark for contemporary residential interior design that balances sophistication with practicality.
