NTC Office Office is an award-winning interior design project that exemplifies innovative workplace transformation through thoughtful spatial reorganization and material selection. Located in a multi-story building, this 196-square-meter petrochemical office renovation demonstrates a sophisticated approach to balancing transparency and privacy in contemporary workplace design. The project's primary objective was to convert previously cramped and inefficiently designed spaces into a harmonious work environment that promotes productivity and well-being. The design solution employs an ingenious system of suspended glass dividers, fixed partitions, and movable elements to create distinct yet visually connected zones within the office. The color palette combines pristine white with carefully balanced orange and gray accents, while a sophisticated multi-layered lighting system incorporates both hidden general illumination and adjustable task lighting to enhance workplace efficiency. The innovative use of transparent materials, particularly the suspended glass dividers, creates a fluid spatial experience while maintaining necessary privacy between management and staff areas. This design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases exceptional space optimization in a relatively compact floor plan of 90 square meters dedicated to executive and employee workspaces. The project, completed in 2016, represents a significant advancement in office design methodology, particularly in addressing the contemporary challenges of workplace transparency, supervision, and individual privacy requirements.
