Noce House Residence

Noce House Residence

Noce House Residence is a distinguished luxury residential project located in an affluent enclave on Singapore's east coast, exemplifying modern architectural sophistication and refined interior design. This three-storey semi-detached house, encompassing 5,800 square feet of built-up area on a 3,500-square-foot land parcel, masterfully integrates contemporary luxury with multigenerational living requirements. The residence's defining characteristic is its innovative use of walnut columns, a singular design element that creates visual continuity throughout the interior spaces. These meticulously handcrafted columns, inspired by the elegance of waltz dancers, span the entire length of the house, from the living room through to the dining area and upper floors. The property features a lap pool with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels, an elevator, five bedrooms, and a roof garden. The interior design, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Luxury Design category, showcases sophisticated wall coverings and thin wood trims that enhance the overall aesthetic. The spatial planning accommodates three generations while maintaining a seamless flow for entertainment purposes. The project, completed in 2017, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its modern luxury treatment, particularly evident in the walnut column elements that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes, including concealed storage solutions and space division.
