Noble ChangAn Model House

Noble ChangAn Model House

Noble ChangAn Model House is an exemplary residential model house project completed in Beijing in 2018, representing a sophisticated fusion of modern architectural design and luxurious living spaces. The project, designed by Joy Chou, encompasses multiple levels including a basement of 72.34 square meters, a mezzanine of 37.42 square meters, and two main floors of 83.99 and 91.2 square meters respectively. The design's distinctive feature lies in its innovative spatial arrangement, where movable partitions enable the seamless integration of living and dining areas, creating an open-plan environment that maximizes garden views. The interior design philosophy emphasizes the connection between family relationships and living experiences, incorporating high-end finishes such as glossy wooden elements, imported wallpapers, and efficient metal line detailing that evokes a five-star hotel ambiance. The second floor showcases thoughtful space planning with a walk-in closet and divided bathroom preceding the master bedroom, while the basement features artistic wallpapers and strategic upper lighting that creates an illusion of expanded vertical space. This architectural achievement, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Construction and Real Estate Projects Design category in 2019, exemplifies how contemporary residential design can successfully balance aesthetic sophistication with functional living spaces, creating an environment that prioritizes family connectivity and experiential value.
