Night of City Nightclub is an innovative, avant-garde entertainment venue located in Hangzhou, China, representing a groundbreaking fusion of architectural design, technological integration, and experiential entertainment concepts. This 6,364-square-meter, double-level establishment, completed in June 2022, exemplifies a revolutionary approach to post-pandemic nightlife entertainment through its unique configuration of 46 private rooms, each offering distinct immersive experiences. The design, which garnered a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, masterfully integrates various entertainment modalities including live DJ performances, karaoke, gaming, dining, and performance spaces within individual, secure environments. The architectural and interior design draws inspiration from astral traveling and alternate realities, manifesting through organic forms and kinetic mechanical structures that blur the boundaries between physical and virtual dimensions. The venue's sophisticated technological infrastructure incorporates custom-made 3D curved LED panels, transparent screens, programmable LED light strips, and high-resolution projectors, all harmoniously integrated with premium construction materials including glass reinforced gypsum, metallic finishes, patterned marble flooring, and custom ceramic tiles. The project's development, spanning from October 2020 to June 2022, overcame significant challenges during the pandemic through innovative design solutions and remote collaboration, resulting in a space that redefines contemporary nightlife entertainment through its emphasis on privacy, safety, and immersive technological experiences. The venue's curvilinear design aesthetics required extensive research and development in material application and construction methodologies, showcasing exceptional attention to detail in the integration of lighting features and electrical systems within its sculptural interior architecture.
