Neijiang Cuican Yuefu Sales Office is an award-winning interior architectural design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of Eastern artistic conception with modern simplicity, located in the Dongxing District of Neijiang City, China. Completed in January 2019, this sophisticated sales office spans an impressive 12,916.69 square feet and was masterfully conceived by designer Hui Ouyang alongside a talented team including Lei Du, Liqin Zheng, and Ping Qu. The design concept draws profound inspiration from the cultural essence of Neijiang, articulating the theme of 'one river, one city, one courtyard' through contemporary design language. The lobby's design takes its cue from the concept of 'river,' featuring an innovative combination of white muddy water grille patterns and bold ink flooring that artfully evokes the flowing torrents of the Tuo River, creating a powerful interpretation of Neijiang's river culture. The sandbox area, conceived around the theme of 'city,' incorporates sophisticated white muddy water grille elements and is crowned by an ingeniously designed top surface that harnesses natural skylight. The project successfully overcomes the challenges presented by the building's irregular shape and varying spatial heights through masterful space utilization and seamless transitions. Premium materials including GESHI Silk Cladding Glass, Jinglong Yunnan Lime Marble, and Bowitt Titanium-plated Stainless Steel were carefully selected to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional requirements. The design's exceptional merit was recognized with a Gold A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial design, cultural integration, and artistic expression.
