Nanning Park Lane Manor Penthouse Villa
Nanning Park Lane Manor Penthouse Villa is an exemplary architectural masterpiece located in the ASEAN International Business District of Nanning, Guangxi Province, China, distinguished by its innovative approach to luxury residential design. This 1,086-square-meter penthouse villa, designed by He Jing in collaboration with a talented team including Qin Jia, He Min, Liu Meng-Ying, Dong Yun-Han, and Lu Qi, represents a paradigm shift in contemporary luxury living through its minimalist spatial design philosophy. The project's distinctive features include a strategically positioned northern penthouse structure complemented by a southern roof garden, with an infinity pool serving as a central dividing element that creates distinct functional zones. The design's exceptional merit lies in its deliberate minimization of formal spatial elements to reveal the inherent nature of space, employing a sophisticated inside-out design methodology that manifests in remarkable features such as water-suspended stairs and a two-story art gallery seamlessly connected to living and appreciation areas. The material palette combines grey marble, wood veneer, glass, leather, fabric, and metal, orchestrated to create an atmosphere of refined elegance without ostentation. This architectural achievement, which earned the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2021, exemplifies how true luxury emerges from thoughtful spatial sequencing, functional integration, and meticulous attention to detail rather than mere material opulence. The project's success lies in its ability to create an environment of serene independence while maintaining a deep connection to artistic expression and daily living requirements, effectively redefining luxury through spatial innovation and lifestyle interpretation.
