Modern And Nature Residence
Modern and Nature Residence is an award-winning architectural masterpiece that exemplifies the harmonious integration of contemporary design with natural elements, completed in 2019. This 500-square-meter residential project draws its conceptual inspiration from the ethereal imagery of clouds floating across the sky, paying homage to the homeowner's passion for aviation sports. The residence underwent a comprehensive spatial transformation that prioritizes functionality while maintaining aesthetic excellence, featuring a sophisticated arrangement of spaces across multiple levels. The ground floor showcases an open-plan layout with expansive French windows that create a seamless connection between interior and exterior environments, while the innovative ceiling design incorporates mirror materials to enhance spatial perception and reduce visual weight. The property's material palette combines premium elements including hardwood, walnut, Italian paint finishes, and stone, complemented by bespoke furniture and lighting fixtures that reinforce its modern aesthetic. Notable architectural features include a sunken solarium that preserves sight lines, wool fabric-covered stair walls paired with walnut treads, and a geometrically designed ceiling that adds visual interest to the upper floor living spaces. The basement level accommodates a garage alongside entertainment areas, while the upper floors house thoughtfully designed private spaces including a master bedroom finished in earth tones and children's rooms characterized by light, contemporary furnishings. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, demonstrates exceptional achievement in spatial reorganization, passive ventilation strategies, and the creation of a sophisticated living environment that balances luxury with functionality.
