This innovative mixed-use development, recognized with a Golden A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, exemplifies a harmonious blend of form and function through its dynamic design inspired by the elegant movement of the Dragon Fish. The complex encompasses two high-rise office towers, podium retail spaces, and sophisticated amenities including a rooftop garden and infinity pool, spanning a gross floor area of 140,001.7 square meters on a 19,897.6-square-meter plot. The building's distinctive facade features wave-shaped aluminum plating that not only creates a striking visual statement but also serves a practical purpose in energy conservation through solar shading. The architectural composition is characterized by fluid, streamlined forms that reshape the Hengqin area's skyline while incorporating sustainable design elements such as green roofs for enhanced thermal insulation. The development's interior spaces are thoughtfully crafted, featuring a dramatic atrium topped with a glass canopy that floods the space with natural light while creating a seamless connection to the rooftop garden.
