The structure, completed with innovative architectural approaches, features a semi-prefabricated lightweight insulation concrete wall system with white concrete plaster, incorporating self-cleaning exterior coating technology specifically designed for tropical climates. The building, measuring 23.5m in width, 28.0m in depth, and 11.7m in height, encompasses a gross building area of 722.5 square meters. The interior space creates a profound sense of security reminiscent of a mother's womb, achieved through a sophisticated design incorporating a long, narrow light void and a substantial lightweight insulation concrete wing. This architectural element generates dynamic shadow patterns throughout the day while maintaining interior comfort.
