Marbella Residential Interior

Marbella Residential Interior

Marbella Residential interior is an innovative residential design project that exemplifies contemporary urban living through its sophisticated integration of lighting and spatial design. Located in Marbella, this 300-square-meter villa represents a harmonious blend of functionality and artistic expression, particularly notable for its distinctive LED lighting installation that creates a geometric cage-like pattern extending across the walls and ceiling of the living room, drawing inspiration from city skylines and modern urban aesthetics. The two-story residence, completed in 2016 by Gerard Puxhe, showcases a thoughtful balance between minimalist white spaces and vibrant furniture selections, complemented by strategic placement of outdoor plants that enhance the overall spatial harmony. The design philosophy incorporates Asian influences while maintaining a cosmopolitan appeal, reflecting the client's international lifestyle and modern sensibilities. The ground floor features an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, while the upper level houses three bedrooms, with the entire property including a swimming pool. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional innovation in its use of LED technology to create architectural features that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes. The interior's success lies in its ability to maintain clean, functional spaces while introducing dramatic visual elements that transform the conventional residential environment into an artistic statement about contemporary living, effectively addressing the challenge of creating a unique personality within a practical living space.
