Manifestation Canvas Artwork

Manifestation Canvas Artwork

Manifestation Canvas Artwork is a significant fine art piece created by Australian artist Patrizia Terranova that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of traditional painting techniques with contemporary artistic expression. This compelling artwork, completed in 2016 in Perth, Western Australia, features a dynamic equine subject rendered in acrylic paint on canvas and enhanced with meticulous gold foil applications, measuring 600mm in width, 760mm in height, and 35mm in depth. The piece masterfully captures the dual nature of the horse as both a gentle and powerful creature, employing sophisticated artistic techniques to convey movement and vitality while maintaining precise anatomical proportions. The artwork's conceptual foundation draws from a profound personal narrative, inspired by a visionary's guidance about following one's unique path, symbolically represented through the horse's forward motion. The artistic execution demonstrates particular technical prowess in the careful application of gold leaf elements, which serve to elevate the subject matter and enhance its divine characteristics. This work, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Fine Arts and Art Installation Design category in 2017, represents a contemporary interpretation of classical equine artistry, departing from traditional representations to offer a fresh perspective on this timeless subject. The piece exemplifies the intersection of technical skill and emotional resonance in contemporary fine art, serving both as a decorative element for interior spaces and as a meaningful artistic statement about individual destiny and self-determination.
