Majestic Elegance Residential Space

Majestic Elegance Residential Space

Majestic Elegance Residential Space is an exemplary residential interior design project that masterfully combines aesthetic grandeur with functional living spaces, distinguished by its innovative Blooming Rose themed ceiling design in the two-story living room. Located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, this 290-square-foot residential masterpiece, completed in March 2020, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning and material integration, created by designer Feng-An Lin. The design's centerpiece features a meticulously crafted ceiling with precisely calculated wooden petals, embodying a harmonious blend of rational and sensual elements. Natural marble serves as the primary wall expression in the double-height living room, complemented by a sophisticated palette of materials including leather, solid wood, and iron-embroidered mirrors, creating a dialogue between ordered geometry and natural textures. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and study, facilitating fluid movement and social interaction while maximizing views of the surrounding mountain landscape through generous natural lighting. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2021, showcases innovative spatial organization that prioritizes both aesthetic excellence and practical functionality. The design philosophy emphasizes the integration of humanity with space, demonstrated through thoughtful material selection, sophisticated architectural scaling, and an intricate interplay of vertical lines that creates a warm, contemplative atmosphere while maintaining a sense of majestic elegance throughout the residence.
