Magic of Assemblage Interior Design is an award-winning interior design project that exemplifies the sophisticated integration of natural elements and contemporary aesthetics within an 80-square-meter office space. Created by designers Chin-An Yang and Tai Yt-Hsuan, this innovative design concept draws inspiration from mountain landscapes, incorporating both aggregation visuals and stacking techniques to create a harmonious workspace environment. The design's centerpiece features multiple curved boards of varying sizes and shapes, installed sequentially to establish an undulating structure that simulates natural mountain configurations, effectively dividing the working and reception areas while maintaining visual continuity. The project showcases exceptional material selection, including Carrara marble walls that align with Feng Shui principles, complemented by light-colored wooden floors and distinctive wooden embellishments that reinforce corporate identity. The Nordic-inspired elegance is further enhanced through the strategic use of herring-pattern log arrangements in the kitchen and restroom areas, while intriguing linear elements and artistic installations throughout the space create a modern, sophisticated atmosphere. This remarkable design, completed in December 2016 in New Taipei City, Taiwan, received the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its outstanding achievement in combining functionality, aesthetics, and innovative spatial solutions.
