Long Beach Garden Modern Residenital

Long Beach Garden Modern Residenital is an award-winning interior design project that exemplifies modern residential architecture and space optimization in Hong Kong, completed in 2016 by designers Stephen Yuen and Ray Leung. This 1,300-square-foot residential space masterfully addresses the common challenges of urban living through innovative design solutions and sophisticated space planning. The project's distinctive features include a strategically designed storage platform, an electrical hydraulic bed system, and ingeniously concealed doors that create a seamless flow throughout the living space. The design philosophy draws inspiration from the property's privileged location overlooking the iconic Tsing Ma Bridge, incorporating clean lines and contemporary aesthetics that complement the spectacular sea views. The interior scheme harmoniously blends modern and industrial styles, utilizing a predominantly white palette accented with high-contrast elements, while light wooden flooring adds warmth and durability to the space. Advanced technological integration is evident throughout the residence, featuring electric door locks, automated window curtains, and an iAuto lighting system. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases exceptional attention to detail in its material selection, incorporating high-quality European materials and specialized components such as Japanese door hinges. The designers' innovative approach to space utilization, particularly in addressing the challenges of limited kitchen and storage areas, demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of contemporary urban living requirements while maintaining aesthetic excellence.
