Living In Loftiness Residence

Living In Loftiness Residence

Living in Loftiness Residence is an exemplary contemporary residential interior design project located in Taichung City, Taiwan, that masterfully combines classical elegance with modern sophistication. Completed in April 2017, this 140-square-meter space showcases a harmonious blend of sleek architectural elements and luxurious materials, designed by Huei-Min Tu. The residence features a thoughtfully conceived layout that balances open public spaces with private areas, utilizing innovative design solutions such as sliding grill doors between the living and dining rooms to create distinct yet fluid spatial transitions. The interior's aesthetic is characterized by a refined color palette of white, beige, and gray, complemented by premium materials including marble floors, glossy wallpapers, and sophisticated leather finishes. Notable design elements include the striking marble TV walls, entranceway lattice glass, and statement chandeliers in the living and dining areas that contribute to the overall luminous atmosphere. The project demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in its functional aspects, incorporating glass walls between the study room and living area to maintain visual connectivity while ensuring acoustic privacy. The master bedroom suite exemplifies the design's sophisticated approach, featuring translucent sliding doors between the sleeping area and dressing room that maintain visual continuity. This award-winning design, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a significant achievement in contemporary residential interior design, successfully creating an environment that balances grandeur with livability through its thoughtful integration of classical and modern design elements.
