Line And Structure Residential

Line and Structure Residential is an award-winning architectural interior design project that exemplifies sophisticated spatial planning across five floors, encompassing 991.7 square meters of living space designed to accommodate three generations of a ten-member family. The project demonstrates exceptional mastery in integrating light, shadow, and linear elements to create a harmonious living environment that balances communal and private spaces. Distinguished by its innovative use of low-saturation mineral paint and imported Neolith materials, the design achieves a calm and stable spatial atmosphere while addressing environmental concerns through eco-friendly material choices. The architectural solution cleverly manages the challenges of a beam-heavy structure through strategic use of dark stone veneer and wooden panels, while vertical and horizontal lines guide visual flow throughout the space. The layout intelligently distributes public areas across the first and second floors, featuring a garage, social halls, living room, and dining areas, while the upper floors house private spaces including bedrooms, study rooms, and a Buddhist hall. This thoughtful arrangement, combined with the sophisticated interplay of natural light between floors, creates a seamless connection between family members while maintaining individual privacy. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, showcases innovative solutions for modern multi-generational living through its meticulous attention to material selection, spatial planning, and lighting design.
