Kunyu Mansion Show Flat

Kunyu Mansion Show Flat

Kunyu Mansion Show Flat is an exemplary interior design project that masterfully combines modern luxury with regional cultural elements, realized within a 200-square-meter space in Shenyang, China. This sophisticated residential showcase, completed in July 2020, demonstrates exceptional spatial innovation through its thoughtful integration of simple lines and geometric figures, creating a complex yet harmonious living environment. The design philosophy centers on balancing the feminine aesthetics of urban professionals with the rational color palette characteristic of North China, while meticulously addressing the distinct spatial requirements of both male and female occupants. The project's material palette features premium elements including green marble, gray marble, hand-crafted bronzed stainless steel, wood veneer, and leather, all carefully selected to enhance the luxurious yet understated atmosphere. A notable feature is the innovative open guest dining room configuration, which distinctively separates Chinese and Western kitchens, facilitating a refined daily living experience. The design earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in creating a living space that successfully merges simplicity with comfort while addressing contemporary lifestyle needs. The project's significance lies in its successful resolution of complex design challenges, particularly in creating functional zones within a common space type and seamlessly incorporating regional cultural elements into a modern living environment, resulting in a space that resonates with the aspirations of modern urban professionals.
