Kunming Zhonghaihui Delhi Garden Sales Department

Kunming Zhonghaihui Delhi Garden Sales Department

Kunming Zhonghaihui Delhi Garden Sales Department is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of urban character with contemporary spatial design, completed in September 2021 in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China. This 1,830-square-meter multifunctional commercial space, designed by Du Wenbiao, transforms the traditional concept of a sales department into a floating future island surrounded by dreamlike floral elements, creating an eternal organism that reflects Kunming's perpetual spring-like atmosphere. The interior architecture features sophisticated curved surface modeling technology, with walls that undulate like waves and ceilings that bloom into massive petal formations, particularly evident in the reception area where the overhead design cascades from top to bottom. The space incorporates high-end materials including texture paint, marble, stainless steel, and leather, while featuring intricate details such as the bar's centerpiece crafted from fine metal thread and embellished with diamonds. The design successfully balances functionality with artistic expression, housing various zones including business exchange areas, art salons, cultural exhibitions, leisure spaces, children's play areas, VIP negotiation rooms, and fitness facilities. This exceptional project, recognized with the Platinum A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates remarkable innovation in its approach to commercial space design, particularly through its complex yet logically clear curved surfaces that create a high equilibrium between form and function.
