The establishment's innovative layout departs from conventional sushi restaurant design by incorporating a welcoming entrance bar area dedicated to Japanese sake and whiskey appreciation. The interior features meticulously crafted spaces including a sushi counter fashioned from solid Japanese cypress, private dining areas adorned with gold leaf accents, and walls embellished with traditional Ainu tribal patterns. The design demonstrates exceptional material authenticity through its use of local lumber, traditional Japanese plastering techniques, and artisanal woodworking methods typically reserved for shrine construction.
