Kalekent Sales Office is an innovative architectural and interior design project located in Beylikduzu, Istanbul, that exemplifies contemporary commercial space design while incorporating elements of natural harmony and functional flexibility. The 3,245-square-meter facility, completed in 2013, represents a sophisticated approach to sales office design, featuring a distinctive architectural composition of intersecting square and rectangular masses arranged across two stories. The interior design philosophy emphasizes creating a welcoming, stress-free environment that seamlessly transitions visitors from the urban setting into a relaxing atmosphere, achieved through thoughtful space planning and material selection. The facility incorporates fiber concrete walls finished in earthy epoxy tones, contrasted with vibrant furnishing elements to create dynamic spatial experiences. The ground floor houses the reception and waiting areas, while the lower level accommodates sample houses, children's playground, and sales areas, all connected through an intuitive circulation pattern. The design's innovative aspect lies in its adaptability, as the space was conceived to transform into a recreational facility for the housing complex post-sales operations, demonstrating sustainable design thinking.
