Kaisa Clouds By The River Real Estate Sales Center

Kaisa Clouds by the River Real Estate Sales Center is an innovative interior design project that reimagines the traditional real estate sales center concept through a child-centric perspective, completed in Chongqing city between September 2020 and January 2021. This 977-square-meter space represents a groundbreaking approach to commercial interior design by seamlessly integrating parent-child activities within a sales environment. The design philosophy centers on creating a balanced environment that caters to both adult functionality and children's experiential needs, featuring a distinctive orange and white color scheme that establishes a bright, welcoming atmosphere while avoiding excessive decorative elements. A notable architectural feature is the 8.5-meter-high exterior installation that creates a compelling visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, effectively breaking traditional dimensional barriers and merging reality with whimsical elements. The interior space employs environmentally conscious materials and soft furnishings, prioritizing children's safety and health while maintaining aesthetic appeal. This innovative approach to commercial space design earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its exceptional contribution to advancing the boundaries of retail space design. The project's success lies in its ability to transform a conventional sales center into an interactive, family-friendly environment that maintains professional functionality while creating an engaging, safe space for children to explore.
