Kabeilu Office Building is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies modern workplace architecture through its minimalist aesthetic and functional sophistication. Located in Guangzhou, China, this 3000-square-meter office space represents a remarkable transformation of an old workshop into a contemporary business environment, preserving the original structural framework while introducing modern elements. The design philosophy centers on three key concepts: business, art, and innovation, manifested through clean lines, rational spatial organization, and strategic use of white as the predominant color scheme, punctuated by vibrant accent hues. The space features distinctive design elements including an artistic installation at the entrance that serves as both a visual focal point and a representation of the company's core identity. The interior architecture incorporates aluminum strip profiles with white plating, creating a cohesive visual language throughout the space while maximizing natural light penetration. Notable design features include epoxy resin flooring chosen for its durability and aesthetic appeal, marble-effect floor tiles, and aluminum components selected for their superior corrosion resistance. The layout encompasses diverse working environments, including collaborative spaces, rest areas, and mobile office zones, reflecting contemporary workplace dynamics. This thoughtfully executed design project, completed in January 2019, was recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial design, functionality, and innovative approach to corporate architecture.
