Junlan Tingan Sales Center is an innovative architectural masterpiece and sales facility that exemplifies contemporary design excellence through its harmonious integration with nature and sophisticated spatial planning. Located in Huiyang, this three-story structure, completed in December 2017, encompasses 1,700 square meters and features a distinctive oval-shaped design that appears to float above the surrounding forest landscape. The building's exterior is characterized by its beveled bronze-colored perforated louvers, which create a permeable and flexible elevation while facilitating natural ventilation and light filtration. Designed by Gray Zeng and Gwen Ten, the center demonstrates exceptional minimalist principles through its thoughtful material selection and spatial organization. The first floor houses a service counter, sand map area, and multimedia exhibition hall, featuring an oval-shaped sand map that mirrors the building's form, complemented by an artistically designed ceiling light installation reminiscent of the Milky Way. The second floor, devoted to business meetings, shows, and entertainment spaces, employs a predominantly white palette enhanced by natural light penetration, creating an atmosphere of ethereal lightness. The project, which won the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2019, showcases innovative design solutions including steel line soft partitions for semi-private meeting areas and carefully curated furnishings that contribute to a sophisticated business environment. The design philosophy emphasizes the creation of an eco-friendly microclimate that serves as both a functional sales center and a model for riverside elite living, effectively demonstrating how contemporary architecture can harmoniously coexist with its natural surroundings.
