Jinxiu Mansion Sales Office
Jinxiu Mansion Sales Office is an exemplary architectural interior design project completed in 2020, encompassing 1,100 square meters of meticulously crafted space that seamlessly integrates contemporary aesthetics with deep-sea thematic elements. The design, conceived by Boshen Zhou and team, demonstrates a sophisticated interpretation of marine-inspired elements, incorporating coastal motifs, spindrift patterns, and ripple effects through irregular geometric forms and innovative spatial organization. The project's distinctive features include a reception hall characterized by minimalist elegance, achieved through the strategic use of simple material combinations and concave elements that create compelling depth perspectives. The interior's artistic narrative is particularly evident in the staircase installation, which symbolizes rock in deep sea through a harmonious fusion of traditional stone and modern glass fiber reinforced plastics. The second floor houses a noteworthy VIP Room that exemplifies the design's commitment to refined simplicity, featuring clean lines and thoughtfully curated display spaces. The sand table area showcases a remarkable interplay of elements, including wave-like artistic installations and electroplated acrylic lines that create dynamic visual rhythms under natural light. This project, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a significant achievement in commercial interior design, particularly for its successful integration of artistic expression with functional requirements, while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the space. The design philosophy embraces the principle of less is more, effectively balancing aesthetic sophistication with practical functionality, resulting in a space that serves its commercial purpose while maintaining artistic integrity and cultural relevance.
