Jinke City Light Sales Office is an innovative architectural and interior design project located in the heart of Qionglai New Town, Sichuan Province, China, completed in 2021. This transformative 342-square-meter space represents a pioneering approach to commercial architecture by seamlessly integrating sales functionality with long-term community value through its innovative Co-Life Experience Hall concept. Designed by James Liu, the project demonstrates exceptional sophistication in balancing urban lifestyle with natural elements, featuring carefully curated spaces that combine landscape design, café culture, and community engagement. The design philosophy emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of nature and urban living, utilizing warm beige and woody tones complemented by green accents, while distinctive knotted bamboo installations serve as key architectural elements. The space transcends traditional sales office functionality by incorporating multiple experiential zones that cater to various lifestyle needs, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. This forward-thinking approach to spatial design earned the project a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its excellence in creating sustainable, multi-functional spaces that serve both immediate commercial purposes and long-term community needs.
