Jin Yue Wan Sales Center

Jin Yue Wan Sales Center

Jin Yue Wan Sales Center is an exemplary architectural project that masterfully integrates traditional Chinese garden design principles with contemporary functionality, located in the cultural heartland of the Jiangnan region in Wuxi, China. Drawing profound inspiration from the renowned Jichang Garden, this 700-square-meter sales center represents a sophisticated interpretation of Chinese architectural heritage through its thoughtful spatial arrangement and cultural symbolism. The design seamlessly incorporates traditional courtyard living concepts while introducing modern architectural solutions, featuring six distinct garden landscapes that create an immersive demonstration area. The project's architectural language is characterized by its innovative use of materials, including soft stones and champagne-colored elements, while the landscape pavilion showcases authentic Chinese craftsmanship through classical mortise and tenon joint structures, constructed without the use of nails. The facility's design philosophy emphasizes the harmonious relationship between built environment and nature, effectively bringing exterior elements into interior spaces through carefully planned courtyard arrangements. This architectural achievement, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, demonstrates exceptional merit in its ability to preserve and reinterpret Chinese architectural traditions while meeting contemporary functional requirements. The project's success lies in its careful balance of aesthetic considerations, practical functionality, and operational efficiency, creating an environment that honors traditional rituals while remaining relevant to modern users.
