Jade Villa Three Dimensional Eco-House

Jade Villa Three Dimensional Eco-House

Jade Villa Three Dimensional Eco-House is an innovative architectural masterpiece that revolutionizes traditional residential design through its integration of ecological principles and modern living spaces. Designed by Wenlve Lu, Bin Zhao, Ning Wang, and Dan Wen, this fourth-generation courtyard house represents a significant advancement in sustainable urban architecture, featuring a distinctive hanging garden system that creates a three-dimensional ecological living environment. The project, which spans a floor area of 159,021 square meters across a 60,448-square-meter site, incorporates high-performance concrete alongside eco-friendly building materials to minimize environmental impact. Its unique design includes a 6.2-meter garden storey height, implementing advanced stereo ecological planting technology and systematic maintenance protocols to achieve harmony between human habitation and natural ecosystems. The architecture emphasizes human-centric design principles, featuring adjustable interior layouts, private gardens for each unit, and thoughtfully arranged common areas that maximize natural light exposure. The development employs sophisticated environmental technologies, including rainwater harvesting systems, rain gardens, and automatic irrigation, while its striking modern facade creates a distinctive forest-like cultural symbol that transforms the conventional urban landscape. The project, completed in July 2023, earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Construction and Real Estate Projects Design category, acknowledging its exceptional contribution to sustainable architectural innovation and its successful integration of modern aesthetics with ecological preservation.
