Isagenix APAC Business Centre, Malaysia Interior Design is an award-winning interior architectural project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of natural elements with contemporary corporate aesthetics. Located within a prestigious commercial development surrounded by high-rise office towers and a 6-acre central park, this 432-square-meter business centre showcases innovative design solutions that prioritize both functionality and environmental consciousness. The design, conceived and executed by Malaysian designer Pearly Teh, features a striking vertical garden system with modular plant pods that creates a visual connection between the interior space and the external parkland. The project's distinctive characteristics include the strategic utilization of a 6.5-meter structural glass panel façade that maximizes natural daylight penetration, complemented by energy-efficient LED lighting systems that create sophisticated layered illumination effects. The interior space is characterized by its dynamic, youthful aesthetic, incorporating vibrant color schemes and open-plan layouts that facilitate fluid business interactions and informal meetings. The design's emphasis on biophilic elements, including the living green wall, serves multiple purposes: enhancing aesthetic appeal, reducing occupant stress levels, and improving indoor air quality. Completed within an ambitious one-month timeline in December 2016, the project demonstrates exceptional space optimization and environmental consideration, earning recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category for its innovative approach to corporate interior design.
