Infinity Trinity Tower Office Building
Infinity Trinity Tower Office building is a distinguished commercial architectural project located in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil, exemplifying modern design principles and innovative spatial solutions in urban development. Completed in 2016, this 40-meter-high structure encompasses 8,885 square meters of built area across 10 floors, housing over 100 commercial offices ranging from 24 to 419 square meters. The building's architectural design responds masterfully to the challenge of creating a landmark presence despite height restrictions and a modest 1,395-square-meter plot. Its distinctive facade employs a sophisticated interplay of glass, masonry, and brise soleil elements arranged in a dynamic geometric pattern, complemented by strategically placed balconies that create visual interest and depth. The structural engineering demonstrates notable innovation through its use of prestressed waffle slabs without beams, achieving impressive spans of up to 9.3 meters. The ground floor features a welcoming lobby, multi-purpose room, and a 300-square-meter commercial space with direct street access, while the building's dual entrance system facilitates efficient flow management. The project, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in the Construction and Real Estate Projects Design category in 2017, reflects the technological advancement of its location while incorporating sustainable design principles. The building's sophisticated structural glazing system and thoughtful integration of environmental considerations demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to commercial architecture, setting new standards for medium-scale office developments in emerging urban centers.
