Infinitum Infinity Mirror Table

Infinitum Infinity Mirror Table

Infinitum Infinity Mirror Table is an innovative interactive furniture piece that seamlessly combines aesthetic appeal with functional design, featuring an Arduino-powered illumination system that responds to object placement. This sophisticated table incorporates a complex arrangement of plexiglass mirrors and LED lighting to create the mesmerizing illusion of an infinite depth when viewed from above. The design consists of precisely engineered components, including a 22-inch diameter one-way plexiglass mirror working in conjunction with a two-sided plexiglass mirror, supported by a robust wooden structure crafted from PLY wood and MDF. The table's intelligent system employs a piezo sensor switch that detects vibrations from placed objects, triggering the NeoPixel Digital RGB LED strip to illuminate, creating a stunning visual effect that transforms everyday items into artistic displays. The construction demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, featuring a double-lipped ring design created through CNC routing, which maintains optimal spacing between the mirror elements and houses the LED strip. This Silver A' Design Award-winning creation in the Furniture Design category represents a thoughtful solution to encourage tidiness while elevating the aesthetic experience of functional furniture, as it automatically deactivates when objects are removed, subtly promoting organized living spaces through its interactive features.
