The 171.9-square-meter space showcases a thoughtful integration of traditional architectural elements with modern functionality, featuring well-preserved carving walls, light pebble surfaces, and distinctive wood grain tile flooring that delineates dining areas from operational spaces. The design philosophy emphasizes sustainability and resource optimization, reflected in both its culinary approach and architectural execution. The restaurant's spatial arrangement incorporates a semi-open kitchen concept, providing diners with clear views of food preparation while maintaining operational efficiency. Notable architectural features include the preservation of original structural elements such as the triangular steel frame and wooden roof trusses, which create dramatic high-ceiling dining areas. The second floor's strategic void design not only enhances vertical space perception but also provides a welcoming patio area. The interior design pays homage to Tainan's rich architectural heritage, particularly evident in the pendant lighting design above the long table, which draws inspiration from traditional Tainan street house roof aesthetics.
