Hunters 40 Power Yacht is an innovative smart yacht design that exemplifies the convergence of luxury, technology, and functionality in contemporary marine vessel design. This 11.95-meter power yacht, designed by Baran Akalin, represents a significant advancement in the integration of smart technology and sophisticated design elements in medium-sized recreational vessels. Distinguished by its state-of-the-art features, including a fully touchscreen console and voice control system, the vessel incorporates numerous technological innovations that enhance both comfort and functionality. The yacht's design emphasizes a harmonious blend of aggressive styling and luxurious amenities, featuring a panoramic glass ceiling that creates a monolithic appearance while maximizing natural light penetration into the saloon. The vessel's technical specifications include a V-hull configuration, a 4.20-meter beam, and twin 350 HP Mercury Sterndrive engines capable of achieving speeds up to 40 knots. Notable design elements include heated seating in the saloon, a versatile sliding platform, and an electric stepped passerelle that facilitates both water and pier access. The yacht accommodates up to six guests across three cabins, an exceptional spatial achievement for a vessel of this size. Constructed primarily from fiberglass (FRP) with premium finishing materials including black glass and stainless steel, the design demonstrates particular innovation in its bow section's unique stainless steel application. This exceptional marine vessel design was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Yacht and Marine Vessels Design category, acknowledging its contribution to advancing smart yacht design and functionality.
