Hui International Hotel Apartment

Hui International Hotel Apartment

Hui International Hotel Apartment is a distinguished luxury serviced apartment complex located in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen, China, exemplifying sophisticated urban living through its thoughtful interior design that harmoniously blends natural elements with contemporary aesthetics. Completed in November 2020, this 13,000-square-meter development represents a significant achievement in hospitality design, incorporating the natural scenery of mountains and seas from its local environment while integrating international artistic sensibilities. The design philosophy centers on the concept of elite life, articulated through three fundamental principles: gentility, refinement, and natural harmony. The interior spaces feature a masterful interplay of premium materials, including blue sandstone and vintage copper, arranged in alternating patterns that create a clean, architectural aesthetic. A notable design element is the innovative use of maple leaf motifs as visual symbols, carefully refined to serve as memorable spatial markers that infuse natural vitality throughout the complex. The color palette employs sophisticated combinations of high-grade gray and white, selectively enhanced with orange and purple accents, creating dynamic interactions between light and shadow that elevate the emotional experience of the space. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases exceptional attention to detail in its marble surfaces, featuring freehand winding lines reminiscent of ocean ripples that pay homage to Shekou's coastal heritage. This design achievement, led by Creative Director Pan Hua and Design Director Pan Wei, demonstrates a successful fusion of local cultural attributes with international design standards, creating an environment that caters to the sophisticated lifestyle requirements of urban professionals while maintaining a strong connection to its natural surroundings.
