Huge Engine And Dedicated Office Space

Huge Engine and Dedicated Office Space is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies contemporary workplace architecture, specifically crafted to foster creativity and collaboration among a young, dynamic workforce. Located in one of Kunming's highest office buildings, this 3,200-square-meter space represents a paradigm shift in modern office design, seamlessly integrating technological advancement with human-centered workspace solutions. The design, conceived by Guangyu Han and Ma sha, strategically breaks down traditional boundaries between work and leisure spaces, incorporating a circular layout that divides the environment into five distinct yet interconnected groups, each equipped with dedicated brainstorming areas, meeting rooms, and relaxation zones. The project's sophisticated material palette includes environmentally conscious elements such as safe-colored paints, reflective metal ceiling treatments, and thoughtfully positioned linear light bars combined with marble and iridescent glass features, all working in harmony to create a technologically advanced atmosphere while maintaining optimal comfort levels. The design successfully addresses complex spatial challenges, accommodating nearly 300 employees within 2,000 square meters of usable area while maintaining provisions for future expansion. Completed in 2020, this Bronze A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category demonstrates exceptional innovation in workplace design through its intelligent space utilization, incorporation of urban landscapes through strategic glass partitioning, and creation of collaborative environments that enhance workforce productivity and wellbeing.
