Huazhu Sales Center is an innovative interior design project located in Shaoxing city, Zhejiang Province, China, that redefines the traditional concept of sales centers by seamlessly integrating cultural and artistic elements into its 1,450-square-meter space. The center distinguishes itself through its sophisticated fusion of functional sales areas with dedicated spaces for cultural enrichment, including areas for blog lectures, tea ceremonies, and reading, effectively transforming the conventional sales environment into a multifaceted art gallery. The design philosophy emphasizes the harmonious blend of Eastern and Western aesthetic elements, featuring thoughtfully curated Chinese cultural motifs such as crane sculptures, an artistic book-lined corridor, and decorative flying bird installations that reference traditional symbolism. The interior palette draws inspiration from classical Oriental color schemes, incorporating warm browns inspired by traditional landscape paintings, metallic hues reminiscent of premium Jiangsu and Zhejiang silks, and cobalt blue accents that enhance the space's sophisticated atmosphere. Glass walls create a seamless connection with the exterior courtyard landscape, while carefully selected materials with soothing textures contribute to a contemplative environment. Completed in December 2018, this Gold A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category exemplifies innovative space utilization and cultural integration, setting a new standard for commercial interior design that transcends its primary function to become a lasting cultural landmark.
