Huanyu Entertainment Art Center Office

Huanyu Entertainment Art Center Office is an innovative architectural and interior design project spanning 2,940 square meters, conceived to embody the intersection of traditional Chinese culture and modern office functionality. Completed between December 2020 and July 2021, this comprehensive cultural center represents a sophisticated blend of workspace design and cultural exhibition, featuring dedicated areas for office operations, staff recreation, enterprise culture promotion, and film and television exhibition spaces. The design philosophy centers on the principles of inheritance and innovation, emphasizing quality while incorporating elements of Tujia nationality and Chinese cinematic culture within a contemporary architectural framework. The space is particularly notable for its thoughtful integration of traditional Chinese elements presented through a modern lens, creating an immersive experience that showcases various dynasty-specific cultural styles. The interior design, led by Eason Zhu and executed by a skilled team including Qianlan Lu, Yeqing Feng, and Yali Zhang, employs diverse materials and techniques including faux finish, paper art, metal fixtures, and acrylic to achieve its distinctive aesthetic. The project's significance was recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial planning, cultural integration, and innovative design solutions. The center's design successfully addresses the complex challenge of creating a space that serves both as a functional office environment and as a cultural showcase, particularly significant in its location in Hengdian, demonstrating a masterful balance between practical workplace requirements and cultural preservation.
