Huafa Jinjiang Manor Residential Development

Huafa Jinjiang Manor Residential Development is an innovative residential complex situated in Sansheng Town, Jinjiang District of Chengdu, China, exemplifying a harmonious blend of modern architectural design and traditional Chinese living concepts. The development, which garnered the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design category, encompasses a land area of 37,303 square meters with a floor area of 55,955 square meters, featuring 626 individual residential units thoughtfully arranged in a distinctive barracks-style configuration. The project's architectural philosophy centers on creating a hidden elevated courtyard within an urban setting, utilizing the natural topography with higher elevations in the north and lowlands in the south to establish multi-layered residential spaces along the central axis. Drawing inspiration from Chengdu's renowned leisure culture and the characteristic slow-paced lakeside lifestyle, the development incorporates modern minimalist design elements while paying homage to western Sichuan architectural traditions. The innovative layout maximizes natural light penetration through strategic solar orientation, while maintaining building density below 30% to ensure optimal urban integration. Located 4.7 kilometers from Chengdu East Rail Station and 7.7 kilometers from Chengdu Municipal Government, the development offers convenient access to major transportation hubs including both Shuangliu and Tianfu International Airports. The project, completed in 2022, demonstrates exceptional achievement in sustainable urban development through its thoughtful integration of green spaces, efficient land utilization, and adherence to the Code for Urban residential district planning and design.
