This comprehensive reconstruction of an existing structure demonstrates a sophisticated approach to modern living spaces, particularly tailored for a professional artist's family of three. The architectural program is meticulously organized vertically, with each floor serving specific functional purposes: the ground floor encompasses a dual-kitchen system featuring both Chinese and Western cooking spaces, a dining area, a courtyard, and a specialized pottery burning space, creating a dynamic interaction between culinary and artistic pursuits. The second floor houses the primary living areas, including a well-appointed living room, guest accommodations, and practical laundry facilities. The third floor is dedicated to private spaces, containing the master bedroom and children's bedroom, while the fourth floor crowns the structure with an artist's studio, effectively separating professional and personal spaces. The design philosophy emphasizes the cultivation of security and natural connectivity, with particular attention paid to the optimization of natural light penetration and air circulation throughout the vertical spaces.
