The structure, measuring 8 by 13 meters in ground layout with a net internal area of 220 square meters, features a unique half-level spatial arrangement that progresses from ground level through private areas to a generous attic living space. The design demonstrates exceptional attention to materiality and craftsmanship, incorporating hand-hewn elm wood flooring and regional Passeirer Gneiss stone in sanitary units. The building's facade, characterized by its coarse-grained surfaces, creates a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day, while strategically placed square windows frame significant views of the alpine landscape.
