Hotel Arcadeon Interior Design

Hotel Arcadeon Interior Design

Hotel Arcadeon Interior Design is an exemplary hospitality interior design project that demonstrates a harmonious fusion of contemporary aesthetics, sustainable principles, and innovative functionality. Completed in 2017, this comprehensive renovation project encompasses over 2,500 square meters of space, transforming a conventional hotel environment into a sophisticated venue for science and education. The design, conceived by Interior Designer Emell Goek Che, masterfully integrates cutting-edge technology with sustainable materials, featuring custom-made installations and thoughtfully curated contemporary art pieces. The interior scheme employs a refined color palette of emerald and silk grey, complemented by sustainable oak materials and recyclable elements throughout the space. Notable design features include three oversized custom-made steel lamps in the restaurant area, creating intimate dining zones while serving as architectural statements. The project incorporates transformative spaces, including innovative Think tanks that function as both single rooms and meeting spaces for up to four people. A striking 9-square-meter 4K video wall serves as a technological centerpiece, while custom art installations, including a deconstructed photographic tribute to the iconic Hohenhof, connect the space to its cultural context. The design earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial innovation, sustainable practices, and functional sophistication. The project successfully challenges the building's strict architectural constraints while creating an environment that facilitates learning, communication, and relaxation through thoughtful design interventions.
