Homestead Of Pureness Residential

Homestead of Pureness Residential is an award-winning interior design project that exemplifies contemporary residential architecture through its sophisticated approach to spatial organization and material harmony. The design, created by Chia Chi Yeh, demonstrates a masterful integration of light wooden tones, lavender accents, and grey elements to create a serene living environment that balances luxury with functionality. The residence features a innovative semi-open layout that maximizes visual connectivity while maintaining practical separation of spaces through strategically placed titanium-plated hardware and clear glass partitions. The project's distinctive features include a crystallized marble television wall that introduces an element of refined luxury, custom sliding door systems that enable flexible space management, and thoughtfully designed study and kitchen areas that incorporate transparency while maintaining functional independence. The design philosophy emphasizes the creation of an untainted urban sanctuary through careful material selection and spatial planning, utilizing a linear-slot methodology to enhance the perception of space in high-floor conditions. Notable design solutions include the strategic reduction of bedroom dimensions to expand the study area, the implementation of double-sided glass sliding doors with titanium-plated frames, and the installation of a compact kitchen island to optimize cooking functionality. The project, completed in 2020, received recognition through an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial design and material application. The design successfully addresses the challenge of creating a rich yet lightweight aesthetic through the careful balance of light and dark elements, while maintaining visual continuity throughout the space.
