Home Of Brightness Residential Apartment

Home of Brightness Residential Apartment is an exemplary residential interior design project that showcases a sophisticated transformation of a villa into a serene retirement living space, completed in September 2016 in Taichung City. This 512-square-meter dwelling masterfully integrates classical elements with contemporary design sensibilities, featuring a distinctive bright white color scheme complemented by polished marble door columns at the entranceway. The design, conceived by Shi Zhe Lo, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning through its seamless flow from the entrance to the public areas, encompassing the living room, dining room, and study room. The interior architecture incorporates innovative solutions for structural challenges, such as transforming necessary beam columns into aesthetic features through the use of grey mirrors and stripe lighting, creating an elegant directional corridor. The living room's aesthetic is defined by delicate marble stonework and corniced walls, while a cleverly designed stainless steel TV wall creates a unique indoor-outdoor connection. The upper floor prioritizes privacy and functionality in the main bedroom suite, featuring an independent bathroom and versatile living pathways. The study room showcases white wood blinds that optimize natural light penetration, creating a bright, transparent atmosphere. This award-winning design, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in residential interior architecture through its thoughtful integration of materials, lighting, and spatial elements, creating a harmonious environment that balances luxury with practicality.
