Hiya Office

Hiya Office

Hiya Office is an innovative interior design project completed in 2017, encompassing a 300-square-foot workspace located on the fifth floor of a commercial office building, specifically designed for an IT programming company. The design concept masterfully integrates nature-inspired elements with modern workplace functionality, featuring artificial trees strategically placed around structural pillars to create a harmonious environment that seamlessly blends organic and technological elements. The space is distinguished by its sophisticated use of materials, including oak panels with highlighted wood grain patterns that serve as a backdrop for glossy acrylic signage, and acid-etched glass featuring artificial flowers that create an ethereal aesthetic. The lighting design combines industrial-style rail lamp systems with LED panels decorated with cloud motifs, contributing to a dynamic and well-illuminated workspace. This award-winning design, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2018, revolutionizes traditional office layout concepts by implementing a flexible desk system that promotes mobility and social interaction among employees. The design's success lies in its thoughtful integration of the company's brand identity, particularly incorporating its distinctive lilac color scheme and logo design, while creating distinct functional zones that support various work styles and collaborative activities. The project exemplifies contemporary workplace design principles by prioritizing employee comfort and well-being through its innovative blend of natural elements, modern technology, and adaptive workspace solutions.
