HD Diamond Series Shower Room

HD Diamond Series Shower Room

HD Diamond Series Shower Room is an innovative bathroom enclosure design that exemplifies the fusion of minimalist aesthetics with advanced engineering, distinguished by its revolutionary 6mm H-shaped ultra-narrow frame construction and sophisticated diamond-inspired aesthetics. This premium shower enclosure system, designed by Wei Xu and Tiantian Xu, features a groundbreaking laminated glass process incorporating a 5-plus-5 glass displaced interlayer, achieving an unprecedented front frame width of just 10mm while maintaining structural integrity. The design's signature element is its diamond-textured hinge surface, meticulously crafted through 300-minute precision CNC carving, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow that elevates the spatial experience. The system employs a non-magnetic capsule closure structure and incorporates a metal-wrapped silicone water seal that harmoniously matches the metallic finish, ensuring both functional excellence and aesthetic cohesion. Notable technical innovations include a sophisticated damping buffer system that enables 90-degree positioning when opening, automatic return at 10 degrees, and buffered closure at 45 degrees, all while maintaining ultra-quiet operation. The design, which won a Bronze A' Design Award in the Bathroom Furniture and Sanitary Ware Design category, further distinguishes itself through an innovative metal return sink at the bottom that effectively manages water drainage, ensuring comprehensive wet-dry separation. The series offers extensive customization options to accommodate various spatial requirements and architectural contexts, embodying a perfect balance between practical functionality and luxurious aesthetics.
