Hasen By Urrea Bathroom Fittings

Hasen by Urrea Bathroom Fittings is an innovative bathroom fixture collection that represents a significant advancement in contemporary bathroom design, earning recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Bathroom Furniture and Sanitary Ware Design category. This avant-garde collection breaks from traditional bathroom fixture aesthetics by introducing compelling new geometries to classic elements, resulting in forms that are both fresh and timeless. The design draws inspiration from the fluency and force of water, transforming basic geometric shapes into simpler, more sophisticated expressions. Notable technical features include the pioneering SlimAir Aerator system, which creates a distinctive thin water beam reminiscent of rain showers, demonstrating the collection's commitment to both aesthetic excellence and functional innovation. The collection encompasses various bathroom elements including taps, handles, towel racks, and soap dispensers, each meticulously crafted to appear as if hand-carved. With dimensions of 175mm x 51mm x 232mm for the mixing unit and 268mm x 170mm x 117mm for the separate sink mixer, the collection demonstrates careful attention to ergonomic considerations and spatial efficiency. The development process involved extensive research, market analysis, and multiple iterations of prototyping to achieve optimal ergonomics and aesthetics. Environmental consciousness is evident in the incorporation of green technologies and sustainable practices, making it particularly appealing to environmentally conscious consumers while maintaining its luxurious appeal through meticulous attention to detail and finish quality.
