Harvested Pavilion Residential

Harvested Pavilion Residential

Harvested Pavilion Residential is an award-winning interior design project that exemplifies the poetic interpretation of autumn aesthetics in residential spaces, completed in Taiwan in March 2021. The 35-ping interior space masterfully incorporates natural elements and seasonal sensibilities through thoughtful material selection and spatial arrangement, earning recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The design philosophy draws inspiration from Rabindranath Tagore's literary work, particularly focusing on the contemplative nature of autumn, which is expressed through the strategic use of dark wood grains, light-toned furniture, and natural daylight. The project successfully transformed a challenging layout with space distortion and excessive partitions into a harmonious living environment by removing redundant elements and introducing a semi-open study area. The interior encompasses both public and private zones, featuring an entryway, living room, and semi-open study in the public area, while the private space includes master and secondary bedrooms with their respective bathrooms. The design employs sophisticated materials such as Changhong glass, solid wood veneer, titanium plating, and tawny glass, creating a cohesive aesthetic that balances functionality with atmospheric beauty. The secondary bedroom showcases a particularly noteworthy design approach, utilizing light gray tones and carefully planned lighting angles to create a soft, enveloping space that effectively manages architectural challenges while maintaining visual interest.
